The partners achieved the #1 and #2 track records for the seven year period prior to their departure from Prudential.
To date, Arsenal has raised over $200 million in closed-end, institutional funds and has virtually completed investing these amounts.
The Arsenal co-founding partners have invested in residential projects across 20 states and in the District of Columbia. These investments represent over $2.74 billion in gross investment.
