John Maurer
Partner
Mr. Maurer is a co-founding partner of Arsenal Real Estate Partners. Prior to forming Arsenal, Mr. Maurer was employed by Prudential Real Estate
Investors (PREI) and was a major contributor to the success of PREI’s value-added platform. Before forming Arsenal, Mr. Maurer had worked with Mr. Picone and Mr. Margolis for over 7 years.
Mr. Maurer has transactions, development, fund raising and fund management experience, and since 1997 has managed value-added, higher return programs. Mr. Maurer has a successful performance track record as well as experience creating and launching new funds. He was instrumental to the successful launch of PREI's first value-added, open-end fund that delivered exceptional investment returns while under Mr. Maurer’s management.

Gary Picone
Partner
Mr. Picone is a co-founding partner of Arsenal Real Estate Partners. Prior to forming Arsenal, Mr. Picone was employed by Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) and was a major contributor to the success of PREI’s value-added platform, specializing in IRR-driven, value-added funds. Before forming Arsenal, Mr. Picone had worked with Mr. Maurer and Mr. Margolis for seven and sixteen years, respectively.
Mr. Picone has extensive experience in portfolio management, asset management, development and transaction structuring. Mr. Picone executed a
higher return strategy for a value-added real estate account which generated the highest performance return series over the longer term at his
prior firm.

Joe Margolis
Member of Arsenal's Board of Advisors
Mr. Margolis is a Managing Director of Washington DC based Penzance, and currently serves on Arsenal Real Estate Partners's Board of Advisors. Mr. Margolis was formerly a partner of Arsenal. Prior to Arsenal, Mr. Margolis was employed by Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) and was a major contributor to the success of PREI’s value-added platform. Before Arsenal, Mr. Margolis had worked with Mr. Maurer and Mr. Picone for seven and sixteen years, respectively.
In addition to having served as General Counsel for PREI, Mr. Margolis also has transactions, capital markets, fund raising, and fund management experience and has managed institutional and taxable
investor core and higher return real estate programs. He has a successful track record in managing the take-over and turn-around of under-performing portfolios, as well as developing, launching and investing for new product offerings, including those for off-shore investors.

Thomas Ling
Vice President
Thomas Ling is a Vice President at Arsenal Real Estate Partners, with responsibilities in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and portfolio management. Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. Ling worked for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Office of Chief Counsel and performed financial analysis for Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm No Wall Productions. Mr. Ling holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.

Albert Sanchez, CPA
Controller
Mr. Sanchez is a Controller at Arsenal Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. Sanchez worked at The Schonbraun McCann Group, LLP for four years
performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for real estate clients and assisting with tax return preparations.
Mr. Sanchez was also involved in the due diligence process for the acquisition of retail, office, and residential properties.
Mr. Sanchez previously spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he performed financial statement audits of Fortune 500 companies as well as assisting with the NBA salary cap audit.
In addition to his seven years of public accounting experience, Mr. Sanchez spent approximately one year with Prudential Financial Inc., where his responsibilities included assisting
in the consolidation of certain Prudential investments for financial statement reporting purposes.
Mr. Sanchez is a five year United States Navy veteran, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
He earned his BA in accounting from Rutgers University.

Steven Siptrott
Investment Associate
Steven Siptrott is an Associate at Arsenal Real Estate Partners, with responsibilities in acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management. Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. Siptrott worked for The Townsend Group as an Associate in their Special Situations Team specializing in co-investments, secondaries and joint ventures. Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Siptrott completed a three-year analyst program at LaSalle Investment Management. Mr. Siptrott holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Michelle Basilicato
Office Manager
Michelle Basilicato is an office manager at Arsenal Real Estate Partners. In addition to providing administrative support, Ms. Basilicato assists with accounting and bookkeeping at Arsenal. Prior to joining Arsenal, Ms. Basilicato accumulated over 8 years of real estate administrative experience with SJP Properties and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
